The web plugin does not work with many internet browsers anymore, ever since certain protocols have become unsupported. The only way I can get the plugin working is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer (11.124), which is probably not that useful for considering you are a MAC user!

Although iVMS-4500 for Mac is not available on the market, there are other surveillance apps for Mac available for download. Here is a list of possible replacements for iVMS-4500 for Mac.
